We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, covering all major cities, towns, and rural areas.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Flat PKR 200 on all orders nationwide.

  • Free Shipping Offer: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders of PKR 3,000 or above!

⏳ Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.

    • Other Districts & Rural Areas: 3 to 7 working days.

💵 Payment Options

To make shopping easy for everyone across Pakistan, we support multiple payment methods:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the courier rider when your parcel is delivered.

  2. Prepaid Payments: We accept secure online payments via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer.

📦 Order Tracking & Verification

  • Confirmation Call/SMS: Before shipping your order, our team may call or WhatsApp you to verify your delivery address. Unverified orders will not be shipped, so please ensure your phone number is active.

  • Tracking Your Package: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and link via SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel's live location.

⚠️ Damaged Packages & Key Notes

  • Do Not Accept Open Parcels: Please do not accept the package if the outer seal or courier packaging is torn or opened.

  • Inspect Upon Delivery: If your item (like the Universal Makeup Organizer) is damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Support team at +92 XXX XXXXXXX or email us at support@aleeha-store.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item so we can immediately send you a replacement.
